Orders

We will process your online order within 48 hours given all items are in stock. If an item is sold out, you will be notified via email or telephone of the extended lead time. We do our best to keep stock availability up to date on the web site.

Returns

Items purchased from Rock Paper Scissors may be returned for store credit ONLY within 14 days of purchase provided they are in their original condition. Store credits are valid for one year from date of issue.

All items are carefully inspected prior to shipping. Should your item be damaged or defective we will gladly replace it or grant store credit. Please note that most items are hand made from organic materials. The process and material allows for variations in color, texture and stitching as well as other aspects of each piece. These are not imperfections or flaws. These details enhance your one of a kind purchase.

Please note: All shipping fees are non-refundable unless product is determined to be defective or damaged.

We recommend mailing your return with tracking and insuring the package. Rock Paper Scissors is not responsible if the return package is lost or the item damaged in the mail.
